Terms, Statements & Conditions



These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the Global Space Organization (“GSO”), GSO Earth Station One (GSO-ES-1) and you, a crewman applicant/candidate. By accepting the GSO’s offer of a place on a training programme, you accept these terms and conditions in full, which along with your offer and the GSO’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures located at https://www.terranglobalcorp.net/about-us/privacy-policy-gso/ and the most recently published prospectus (as applicable), form the contract between you and the GSO in relation to your training at the GSO Earth Station One training site, as amended from time to time pursuant to (the “Contract”).


  • The Station – is the Global Space Organization’s Earth based research station named GSO Earth Station One (GSO ES-1) and at all times is under the authority of the Global Space Organization and its parent Terran Global Corporation.
  • Crewman – is one term that identifies you, the crewman, applicant, candidate a who is entering the GSO crew training program on board GSO ES-1, (the Station).
  • Station Commander – is the overall authority and Commander in charge for GSO ES-1 Station operations.
  • Station Chief – is the crew administrator and works on behalf of the Station crew to ensure all crewmans are able to complete crew training successfully and on schedule.

Statement of Services: The Global Space Organization (GSO) is an exploration and services company, designed to support many diverse industries so that they may conduct their business in space and on the lunar surface. Space and the Moon is our worlds next gold rush, full of potential and promise and holds many new ideas to grow and expand your business.

GSO Earth Station One (GSO ES-1)

Section 1: GSO ES-1 (The Station) operates as a non-profit company, funded by Global Space Organization, limited by guarantee, acting by the board (who are the Directors of the Company). It is assumed that a GSO ES-1 crewman will, subject to conduct and academic ability, progress through the GSO ES-1 curriculum and complete the training in six months. The Station is also an associate of United Learning.

  • The Station Commander is the person appointed by the board to be accountable and hold ultimate responsibility for his station and crew and includes those to whom any of the duties of the Station Commander have been responsibly delegated.
  • The Station Chief holds administrative responsibility for Station crewmen and those referred to as crewmans of these standard terms and conditions individually and jointly. The Station Chief is expected to give their support and encouragement to the aims of the Station and to uphold and promote its good name; to continue the crewman’s GSO crew training program and to ensure that the crewman maintains appropriate standards of punctuality, behavior, diligence, language, discipline and dress.
  • Our Aims: The aims of the Station are described in the crewmanus. In addition, the Station aims to strike the balance between academic and practical work, physical education, moral and leadership development and the pursuit of human advancement back out into deep space. We are committed to high standards of education and training to support our overall goal of operating a lunar space station. The Station is a private self-regulating community, which respects the human rights of every crewman and their Station Commander, who in turn accepts that the Station’s lawful policies, disciplines and rules must sometimes take precedence over the wishes of individuals. The Station is an environment in which crewmanive GSO crewmen are encouraged to participate in education, work and leisure activities with enthusiasm and commitment and to behave with tolerance and understanding, respecting the needs of others.
  • Changes at the Station: A successful training program must initiate and respond to change. The offer of a place and its acceptance are given on the basis that, in the interests of the GSO as a whole, reasonable changes may be made from time to time to these standard terms and conditions, to the size and location of the Station, to its premises and facilities, to the arrangements for meals, to the academic and exercise curriculum and the structure and composition of classes and the way the Station is managed, to the rules and disciplinary framework, to the length of the Station terms and the Station training program and to any other aspect of the Station. Fee levels will be reviewed each year. Where less than one term’s notice is given for any fee increase of any kind the Station Chief may accept requests by crewman to withdraw from the Station training program at the start of the following term without incurring fees in lieu of notice, provided that the the Station Chief gives proper notice of withdrawal within twenty one days of the date when the notice of the increase in fees is given. Such review might result in fee increases as deemed necessary by the Station’s board. If the ownership or legal status of the Station changes, the Station’s rights and obligations under these standard terms and conditions will be deemed assigned to the new entity. The Station Chief will provide reasonable notice of any significant proposals or change of policy likely to affect the Station community as a whole.
  • The Standard Terms and Conditions: We believe that these standard terms and conditions reflect the custom and practice of our GSO station training programs for many generations. The rules about change and about notice and fees in lieu of notice and the other rules set out below are provided in good faith. They promote the stability, forward-planning, proper resourcing and development of the Station. They help also to protect station operations from increases in fees and liabilities caused by the defaults of others. Except in relation to fees (which are dealt with by the board, in consultation with the Station Commander), any waiver is effective only if given in writing by the Station Commander personally. The Fees List and the Station Rules and Policies, as varied from time to time, are part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these standard terms and conditions affects the statutory rights of station crewmen.

Section 2: Care and Good Discipline

  • The Station Chief’s Authority: The Station Chief informs the Station Commander while in loco parentis or acting on behalf of a crewman to take and/or authorize in good faith all decisions that safeguard and promote the crewman’s welfare and training. All station crewmen, unless you notify us otherwise provide consent to such physical contact as may be lawful, appropriate and proper for teaching and providing comfort to a crewman in distress or to maintain safety and good order or in connection with the crewman’s health and welfare. The Station Commander may also consent on behalf of the the Station Chief -but only if the the Station Chief cannot be contacted in time -to the crewman receiving emergency first aid or hospital treatment including blood transfusions within the United States, general anesthetic and operations under NHS or at a private hospital where certified by a person who is appropriately qualified, necessary for the crewman’s welfare and if the Station Chief cannot be contacted in time. Unless you notify us to the contrary, all GSO crewmen provides consent, under proper supervision, station operations and in crew sports and/or exercise activities which may entail some risk of physical injury
  • Conduct and Attendance: We attach importance to courtesy, integrity, manners and good discipline. the Station Chief warrant that the crewman will take a full part in the activities of the Station, will attend each training day, will be punctual, will work hard, will be well behaved and will comply with the Station Rules about the wearing of uniform. Station crewmen will receive health and life skills education appropriate to station operations and in accordance with the curriculum.
  • The crewman’s Health: The Station Commander may at any time require a medical opinion or certificate as to the crewman’s general physical and mental health. The age of the crewman will be calculated in accordance with UK custom. the Station Chief will be asked to complete a form of medical declaration concerning the crewman’s health and must inform the Station Commander in writing if the crewman develops any known medical condition, health problem, allergy, physical disability or will be unable to take part in physical activities or has been in contact with infectious diseases. Crewmen entering the Station may be required to have a medical examination. The Station Chief must comply with the Station’s quarantine regulations as issued from time to time.
  • Conduct of the Station: The Station Commander is responsible for the care and good discipline of station crews while they are in the charge of the Station or its staff and for the day to day operations of the Station and the curriculum. The Station Commander is responsible also for the imposition of any sanction including exclusion for non-payment of fees, suspension during investigation or following a breach of Station discipline, and removal or expulsion under clause 6 below. The Station Commander is not responsible, unless negligent, for a crewman who is absent from the Station in breach of Station discipline. It is a condition of remaining at the Station that the Station officers and crewmen accept the Station regime and the Station Rules and Policies (in so far as they are lawful and reasonable) as to appearance and dress and the rules of Station discipline that apply from time to time.
  • The Station’s Network: The Station reserves the right to monitor internal email communications and internet use on Station managed computer systems for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the Station rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Section 3: Admission and Entry into the GSO Crew Training Program

  • Registration: Crewmen will be considered as candidates for admission and entry to the Station when the Application Form has been completed and returned to the Station and the non-returnable application fee paid. Admission and entry will be subject to the availability of a place and the crewman satisfying the admission requirements at the time. All candidates not selected to a class right away will be maintained on a list for future selection. The Station operates on an equal opportunities policy.
  • Crewman Selections: A crewman who is accepted for the GSO ES-1 training program will receive notice via email and will have 15 days to respond to the acceptance notice. Once accepted the Global Space Organization will begin to process all of the required documents for entry into the program and obtain travel to the Station’s site in the United States. For international candidates, processing will begin for an F-1 Training Visa for entry into the United States and travel to the Station for the duration of the training program.
  • Station Training Term: It is assumed that a crewman will be present for the entire 6 month training term (and the Station Chief must in every case inform all crewman of the mandatory course completion length to be able to qualify.) Extra fee’s may apply to crewmen who fail to satisfy the Station term requirements (see Section 4.)

Section 4: Fees and Extras

  • Items Covered: The Global Space Organization shall pay all fees related to the normal curriculum together with most most electronics, books and stationery. Additionally, the GSO will provide air travel, meals and lodging at the GSO ES-1 site.  Lunch charges (where applicable) may be compulsory and if required, shall be noted in the Station’s Fees List. Other items incurred by the Station or the crewman may also be charged as Extras. For the avoidance of doubt, any extra public examination charges, such as the teaching of English as an additional language and special needs support are not included within the normal fees and will be invoiced as extras to the crewman. Extras may also include but are not limited to, extra uniforms, equipment or other personal items outside the scope of the Station. The crewman is also responsible for loss of Station books or equipment or damage done by other than fair wear and tear, these may be separately invoiced and must be paid as an extra.
  • Payment of fees and extras: Except where a separate agreement has been made between the crewman and the Station for the deferment or payment of fees, each invoice is due before the end of term and must be paid by that date prior to final qualification examinations. A crewman may be excluded from the Station qualifications at any time when fees are unpaid after the Station has given five working days’ written notice of its intention to do so and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion. (In such circumstances a term’s fees in lieu of notice will be payable). The Station is agent only in respect of any goods and services which are supplied by a third party via the Station to the crewmen. Fees (and lunch charges, where applicable) will not be refunded or waived for absence through sickness; or if a term is shortened or a vacation extended; or if a crewman is released home after public examinations or otherwise before the normal end of term; or for any other cause except in the sole discretion of the Station Commander. Payment should be made by direct debit unless express written agreement to pay by cheque is given by the Station. Payment by cash should only be in exceptional circumstances as the Station’s insurance does not provide cover for large amounts of cash to be held on the premises.
  • Responsibility for payment: Extra fees are the responsibility of each crewman who has signed the Acceptance Form upon arrival to the Station. The Station may withhold any information or property while these fees are unpaid. A crewman may withdraw from the contract without payment to the Station by submitting a notice prior to final qualifications and providing they have obtained the prior written consent of both the Station Chief and the Station’s Commanding Officer.
  • Payment of fees by a third party: An agreement with a third party to pay the fees or any other sum due to the Station does not release the crewman from any liability under these terms and conditions unless an express release has been given in writing signed by the Station Chief. The Station reserves the right to refuse a payment from a third party. All such payments received are accepted in good faith.
  • Late Payment: Save where alternative provisions for the payment of interest are contained in a separate consumer credit agreement made between the Station and the crewman, the right is reserved to make late payment charges composed of simple interest calculated on a daily basis equivalent to Wells Fargo Bank’s base rate plus 4% on the unpaid balance from the due date for payment until receipt of the full amount outstanding. It is agreed that the amount of all late payment charges should reflect the commercial rates that would be applied by a financial institution in a case of unauthorized and unsecured borrowing. The crewman shall indemnify the Global Space Organization against all costs and expenses (including any legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) incurred or sustained by the Global Space Organization in recovering sums due in each case without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Global Space Organization. Such charges will be recoverable by action if necessary. Cheques delivered at any time after the first day of term will be presented immediately and will not be considered as payment until cleared. Any sum tendered that is less than the sum due and owing may in any event be accepted by the Station on account only. The contents of Section 4 of these terms and conditions are intended to protect those crewmen who pay fees on time and to safeguard the Station against consequences of the defaults of others. Should a payment (be that by credit card, cheque or any other means) be returned by the payee’s bank, the Station reserves the right to charge a $25 administration fee towards the cost of dealing with the collection of the amount outstanding.

Section 5: Awards (Beyond GSO ES-1 Crew Training):

  • Advanced Learning: Every award of a GSO Scholarship or Bursary is subject to high standards of behaviour, attendance and work. The terms of the award and in particular any terms upon which benefits may become repayable are set out in the offer letter (where applicable) to the candidate and the Station’s Terms and Conditions of Awards.
  • Bursaries: These awards are made on the basis that the crewman will, promptly on each request, make a full and sufficient disclosure of their means supported by all necessary documentary evidence. A failure to do so may result in assistance being withdrawn or reclaimed and in that event the crewman will remain liable for the full amount of the fees. The Station uses an independent Company to assess and make recommendations on all bursary applications. Bursaries may be reassessed from time to time.
  • Installment arrangements: An agreement by the Station at its absolute discretion to accept payment of current and / or past and / or future fees by installments is concessionary and will be subject to separate agreements between the crewman and the Station. Where there are inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and those of any installment agreement or invoice issued by the Station to the crewman (as applicable) the terms and conditions of the installment agreement or the invoice shall prevail.
  • Moving to the next stage of Education: Where there is selective entry to the next stage (such as transferring credits, or progressing to follow on advanced GSO instruction) and a crewman meets the criteria, the crewman must give the normal notice on or before the first day of final qualifications.

Section 6: Credit Checks:

The Station reserves the right to carry out credit checks on the person(s) responsible for the payment of any incurred fees where the fees become overdue in accordance with Section 4, paragraph 5.

Section 7: Events Requiring Notice in Writing

  • Notice to be given by the Station Chief means (unless the contrary is stated in these terms and conditions) a term’s written notice in writing addressed to and actually received by the Station Commander. In all cases the Station would expect the Station Chief to consult with the Station Commander before giving notice to withdraw the crewman. No other notice will suffice. Notices must be hand delivered or sent by special or guaranteed delivery post to the Station address. Hand delivered notices must be acknowledged by the Station Commander by the issuing of a signed and dated official receipt.
  • Provisional Notice is valid only for the term in which it is given and only when written and accepted in writing by the Station Commander.
  • Term means the period between and including the first and last days of each 6 month crew training term on board GSO ES-1.
  • A Term’s Notice means notice given before the first day of term and expiring at the end of term.
  • Half a Term’s Notice means notice given before the first day of term expiring at half term, or notice given before half term expiring at the end of term.
  • Fees in lieu (of notice) means fees in full for the term of notice.

Section 8: Withdrawal from the Station:

  • A week’s notice must be provided to the Station Commander before a crewman is withdrawn from the Station, or any incurred extra fees in lieu will be immediately due and payable as a debt at the rate applicable on the date of invoice without reduction for financial assistance of any kind.
  • The crewman’s decision to withdraw from the Station before course completion shall, for these purposes, be treated as a withdrawal from the Station training program and additional fees may be levied to offset the program costs that were provided by the Global Space Organization. The main reason for these rules is to ensure that the Station has sufficient time with which to prepare replacement crewmans, provide boarding at the facilities and transition new crewmans for the curriculum.
  • Discontinuing Extras: Half a term’s written notice is required to discontinue an extra, including lunches, or half a term’s fees for the extra will be immediately payable in lieu as a debt.
  • Notice by the Station: The Station may terminate this agreement on a weeks written notice prepared by the Station Commander and delivered by the Station Chief and otherwise under paragraph 1 and 2 in Section 9 below.

Section 9: Removal and Expulsion of a Crewman

  • Removal at the Request of the Station: the Station Chief may be required, during or at the end of a term, to remove the crewman, without refund of fees, temporarily or permanently from the Station if, after consultation with the Station Commander is of the opinion that the conduct or progress of the crewman has been unsatisfactory or if the crewman, in the judgment of the Station Chief, is unwilling or unable to profit from the educational opportunities offered (or the crewman has treated the Station or members of its staff unreasonably) and in any such case removal is considered to be warranted. The deposit will be refunded in the event of removal from the Station and fees in lieu of notice will not be charged but all outstanding fees and extras will be payable in full.
  • Expulsion: A crewman may be expelled at any time if the Station, acting on the recommendation of the Station Chief, is reasonably satisfied that a crewman’s conduct (whether on or off Station premises or in or out of term time) has been prejudicial to good order or Station discipline or to the reputation of the Station. The Station and the Station Commander will act fairly and in accordance with the procedures of natural justice and will not expel a crewman other than in grave circumstances. There will be no refund of fees following expulsion (and, save for any contrary provisions in any other agreement made between the Station and the crewman all unpaid fees must be paid). The deposit will not be returned / credited, but fees in lieu of notice will not be charged.
  • Discretion: The decision to exclude, suspend or require removal or expel a crewman and the manner and form of any announcement shall be in the sole discretion of the Station Commander, acting on the recommendation of the Station Chief. In no circumstances shall the Station or its staff be required to divulge to the crewman or others an information given which has led to suspension, the requirement to remove or expulsion, or which the Station Commander has acquired during an investigation.
  • Appeals: In the event of expulsion or of a crewman’s removal being required, the Station Chief will advise the crewman of the procedure (of which copies will be made available on request) under which a written application for a review of the decision may be made.
  • Access: A crewman who has been withdrawn, excluded, suspended, removed or expelled from the Station has no right to enter Station premises without the written permission of the Station Commander.

Section 10: Station Quarters (Where Applicable)

  • Medical Matters: Each creman, unless otherwise agreed by the Station Commander, will be registered on the National Health Service list and with the Station Doctor and the Station Dentist.
  • Station Quarters: All crewmen in training will reside on board the Station for the full course of instruction. The Station Commander may at any time require removal of the crewman, temporarily or permanently, from their Station quarters in any of the circumstances described in Section 10 above. In that event, there will be no refund of fees paid for the balance of that term.
  • Travel Arrangements: The right is reserved to charge all administration and other expenses including staff supervision where the Station has to make travel or other arrangements for the crewman, during or before the end of a term.
  • Station Cleanliness: All crewman must keep their Station quarters clean and sanitary at all times. Failure to do so can result in expulsion from the Station and end crewman qualifications.
  • Withdrawal from the Station: As stated in Section 9, a minimum of a weeks notice is required before a boarding crewman is withdrawn from the Station, or a term’s fees in lieu will be immediately due.

Section 11: Force Majeure

  • In this agreement ‘’force majeure’’ shall mean any cause beyond a party’s control (including for the avoidance of doubt strikes, other industrial disputes, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction (including that of a local authority), accident, fire, flood, storm, pandemic or epidemic of any disease, terrorist attack, chemical or biological contamination).
  • In the event of a force majeure arising which prevents or delays the Station’s performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, the Station shall forthwith provide notice to the crew in training specifying the nature and extent of the circumstances giving rise to the force majeure. Provided that the Station has acted reasonably and prudently to prevent and minimize the effect of the force majeure, the Station will have no liability in respect of the performance of such of its obligations as are prevented by the force majeure while it continues. The Station shall use its best endeavours during the continuance of the force majeure to provide educational services.
  • If the Station is prevented from performance of its obligations for a continuous period greater than four months, the Station shall notify the crew in training of the steps it shall take to ensure performance of this agreement.
  • In the event of a force majeure which affects the crew ability to perform any of their obligations under this agreement, the Station Chief shall give the Station notice in writing of the force majeure. the crew shall not be liable for non-performance of such obligations during the continuance of the force majeure but in the event of the force majeure continuing for more than four months, the Station Chief shall discuss with the Station a solution by which this agreement may be performed.

Section 13: General Conditions

  • Special Precautions: The Station Commander needs to be aware of any matters that are relevant to the crewman’s security and safety. The Station Commander must therefore be notified in writing immediately of any court orders or situations of risk in relation to a crewman for whom any special safety precautions may be needed. A crewman may be excluded from Station premises if the Station Commander, acting in a proper manner, considers such exclusion to be in the best interests of the crewman or of the Station.
  • Leaving Station Premises: A crewman is required to obtain permission before leaving Station premises during the course of a Station day from the Station Chief. Boarding crewmen are required to provide details of mode of travel and the address and a contact telephone number where the crewman can be contacted when not at Station premises. The Station is not, however, able to prevent a crewman leaving Station premises in breach of Station rules and is not legally entitled to do so. In the event a crewman leaves the station without authorization may follow under Section 10 for expulsion from the Station Training program.
  • Residence during Term Time: All crewmen in training will live and reside aboard GSO Earth Station One (GSO ES-1) through the 6 month course of study.
  • Liability and Insurances: The Station does not, unless negligent, accept responsibility for accidental injury or loss of property. The Station undertakes to maintain those insurances which are prescribed by law. All other insurances are the responsibility of the crewman including insurance of the crewman’s personal property whilst at the Station or on the way to or from Station or on any Station sponsored activity away from the Station. The Station is not the agent of the crewman for any purpose related to insurance.
  • Personal Property: Crewmen are responsible for the security and safe use of all personal property and are responsible for ensuring that all such property is clearly marked with the owner’s name.
  • Concerns/Complaints: Crewmen who have cause for serious concern as to a matter of safety, care or quality of training must inform the Station Chief without delay.
  • Progress Reports: The Station monitors each crewman’s progress and the Station Chief will, from time to time, receive reports in writing and in discussion with staff.
  • Learning Difficulties: Each crewman will be “screened” for learning difficulties and, if required, at key stages thereafter. the Station Chief will be notified if it appears that formal assessment by an educational psychologist is advisable or the crewman is falling behind with studies. A formal assessment can be arranged by the Station at the crewman’s expense, or by the the Station in special circumstances. Our staff are not, however, qualified to make a medical diagnosis of conditions such as those commonly referred to as dyslexia or other learning difficulties. the Station Chief will be asked to withdraw the crewman without being charged fees in lieu of notice if, in the opinion of the Station Commander, the Station cannot provide adequately for a crewman’s special educational needs.
  • Biological Samples: The Station Commander may at any time when grounds for suspicion exist, require the crewman to give a biological sample under medical supervision to test for the use of illegal drugs or other substances damaging to health. A record of such sample will not form part of the crewman’s permanent medical record, only used to determine parameters for expulsion under Section 10.
  • Confidentiality: The crewmen however, consent on behalf of themselves and to the Station (through the Station Commander, as the person responsible) obtaining, holding, using and communicating, on a “need-to-know” basis, confidential information which, in the opinion of the Station Commander, is material to the safety and welfare of the crewman and others, including their fellow crewmen.   • Examinations, Reports and References: The Station will enter a crewman’s name for an examination if the Station Commander is satisfied that such is in the best interests of the crewman. Information supplied to the Station Commander and others concerning the progress and character of a crewman and about examination, further education and career prospects and any references will be given conscientiously and with all due care and skill but otherwise without liability on the part of the Station.
  • Intellectual Property: The Station reserves all rights and interests in any intellectual property rights arising as a result of the actions of a crewman in conjunction with any member of staff of the Station and/or other crewmen at the Station for a purpose associated with the Station. Any use of any such intellectual property rights by a crewman is subject to the terms of a license to be agreed prior to the use between the crewman, the Station Commander and the Station. The Station will allow the crewman’s role in creation/development of intellectual property rights to be acknowledged.
  • Data Protection: By signing the Acceptance Form or by agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, the crewman on behalf of themselves authorize the Station to process personal information including financial and sensitive personal information as deemed necessary.
  • Prospectus: The prospectus describes the broad principles on which the Station is presently run and gives an indication of our history and ethos. Although believed correct at the time of printing, the prospectus is not part of any agreement between the crewman and the Station. The crewman wishing to place specific reliance on a matter contained in the prospectus should seek written confirmation of that matter as part of these terms and conditions before entering this agreement.
  • Station Publications: from time to time the Station will issue press releases and publications and promotional material will be produced to include newsletter, marketing material, websites and social media channels. Such publications may include images of crewmen. The Station will request consent for a crewman’s image and name to be used by the Station for the duration of the crewman’s time at the Station and for a reasonable period following the completion of their time at the Station. Once given, consent will be deemed to have been given for this duration unless the crewman informs the Station Commander stating that they do not wish their image to appear in any Station publication.
  • Consumer Protection: Care has been taken to use plain language in these terms and conditions and to explain the reasons for any of the terms that may appear one-sided. If any word/s, alone or in combination, infringe the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 or any other provision of law, they shall be treated as severable and shall be replaced with words which give as near the original meaning as may be fair. This will not however, render the remaining terms and conditions void.

  • Jurisdiction: This contract was made at the Station and is governed exclusively by United States Law.
  • Data Protection: The Station holds information about you including exam results, contact details and financial information and details of medical conditions. This information is stored electronically on the Station’s internal information management system and is protected through encryption.

These notes refer to the ‘processing’ of information. ‘Processing’ is a catch-all term and means obtaining or recording information or carrying out any operation on the information such as storing or using the information or passing it on to third parties.

The Station processes information about you in order to safeguard and promote your training program and promote the goals and interests of the Station, facilitate the efficient operation of the Station and ensure that the relevant legal obligations of the Station are complied with. Examples may include: the Station keeping details of medical conditions from which you may suffer so that staff will be able to respond appropriately in the event of a medical emergency, and / or the Station processing financial information obtained from you or from third parties such as credit reference agencies.

The Station may process different types of information about you for the purposes set out above. That information may include:
Medical records
Personal details such as home address, date of birth and next of kin.
Performance Records, including discipline, Station reports and examination reports.
Financial information including information about the payment of fee extras.
